After a two-year covid break, the theme for this years Annual Team Conference was Back to Reality.
Back to the Future was the inspiration, with lots of 80’s props for the party and even a go-kart build!

Lovely jubbly! Tingdene team enjoy their 2019 Annual Team Conference
The UK-wide Tingdene Lifestyle team descended on East Anglia in early May for the annual training & awards conference, this year themed ‘Navigate - Your way to success’. The two day event focused on team building, customer service, mental health in the workplace, as well as the usual rewarding success and throwing a party, with some special guests!

The Annual Team Conference is now in its 8th year; the first conference was a much smaller affair, however as we grow, the original ethos is still at the core of its purpose today. With a nationwide array of varying holiday home & staycation businesses, brands and parks, getting everyone together on an annual basis promotes communication, transparency and growth, plus it gives us all a chance to stop and reward the successes we have had individually, from a team perspective and as a business as a whole. There is also a lighter side to the event, with an evening awards celebration dinner. We were joined by an infamous Peckham market trader Derek, who tells us he is quite the entrepreneur, with many import and export trade deals under his belt. his now retired ex naval seaman Uncle Albert joined him, who after his visit to the East of England and many years of service ‘during the war’, is now considering investing in a second home by the coast to escape the hustle and bustle of London life!”

TINGDENE LIFESTYLE 2018 'MOMENTUM' TEAM CONFERENCE
Our annual Tingdene Lifestyle team conference for 2018 'Momentum' had a host of surprises and took place over various locations in Suffolk. Day 1 we took the team to Wild Tracks Outdoor Activity Centre in Newmarket. Activities included blindfolded driving in 4x4 vehicles, archery, go karting & battlefield live team challenges...
The focus on the two day team conference was looking at the year in review, the year ahead, working together collectively, efficiency in the workplace, talking about new policies under development, marketing, sales, holidays and hotel areas of the business.
BEHIND THE SCENES OF THE 2017 TINGDENE LIFESTYLE TEAM CONFERENCE
The Tingdene Lifestyle team gathered in Suffolk for the annual team conference with this years theme being 'Synergy' working together in 2017. The two day event included various team building tasks. The team were deployed to Southwold in Suffolk as part of a fictional virus outbreak where they worked across 8 teams to collectively solve a murder and find the vaccine for the fictional virus outbreak over an 8 mile orienteering adventure, hunting down clues to solve the overall mystery.
The team also celebrated success with a presentation of several team awards and were lucky enough to be joined by a Gordon Ramsay lookalike Martin Jordan, who appeared at the Rooftop Gardens restaurant in Norwich, Norfolk.
