You can bring your caravan to Saddlebrook Chase for £5,000 + VAT which includes:

  • Caravan transportation (25 mile radius)

  • Siting and chain down

  • Connections to water, electric, gas and sewerage

  • 1 x gas bottle, TV aerial

  • Gas and electrical safety checks

ANNUAL RUNNING COSTS 2024

  • Pitch Fees: £2,750 + VAT (£3,300) - Same as 2023!

  • GNDC (estimate): £572.78 +VAT (£687.33)

  • Electricity: As used per quarter - payable to Tingdene Holiday Parks Ltd Caravan

  • Insurance: Payable direct to chosen provider
